You are always welcome to join us for silent worship on Sunday mornings.    Try to arrive about five minutes before the scheduled time (Times are adjusted in the summer months, but are always listed on the front page).   Go through the double wooden doors on the left as you enter the Meeting House.  Take a seat on any of the benches and join the others in silent waiting, prayer, or contemplation.  The silence will last for about an hour.    On the first Sunday of the month someone will read aloud the Queries for that month.   A few Friends may (or may not) stand to speak briefly out of the silence.   During the final fifteen minutes of the later Meeting, the children will return from First Day School and join us in (almost) silence.

When about an hour has passed a Friend will turn and shake the hand of her neighbor.   This signals the end of the worship.   Everyone shakes hands with neighbors, introductions are given, announcements made, and there may be a song.

After every meeting there is an opportunity for newcomers to ask questions from a designated “Quaker in the Corner”.

On the second Sunday of the month we usually gather for a potluck lunch in the community room.  Potluck is occasionally cancelled.  Check the front page.   If you have not brought a dish for the potluck, please come anyway.  There is always plenty.
